In order to guarantee the good's integrity, we personally care for the products to be shipped in solid cartons. However, it may happen that the package arrives damaged or a product is broken. As soon as you get the goods, please check the packaging for damages and in case accept it under withholding (this option has to be communicated in advance to the currier). In case the product or part of it is damaged, please communicate us as soon as possible, by sending an e-mail to [email protected]. We're sure we will soon find a solution for it.

For any reason and without penalties, Plattner Bienenhof gives you the right to withdraw your order within 14 working days starting from the date of receipt of goods. Please send an E-mail to [email protected].

CONDITIONS:

• All goods have to be returned within 30 working days (on receipt of goods)
• Customer is liable for return postage costs
• We do accept only unused and integral goods
• The right of withdrawal cannot be applied on just a part of the product
