In order to buy from www.museo-plattner.com you first need to register. Please fill in the required registration form. Your personal account will be created. In accordance with the "data protection law" (legislative decree 196/2003) your personal data will be treated confidentially. The registration is required only the first time and is permitted only to persons of age. Plattner Bienenhof will confirm your registration by e-mail. Once you receive the confirmation, you will have direct access to your personal area, where you can fill the cart, save, modify your order and access at any time.

As soon as you dispose of your personal account, you will have a direct access to your personal data, which can be modified and updated at any time. Plattner Bienenhof will confirm the receiving of your order by an E-mail including a detailed summary of ordered items, amount and method of payment preferred, shipping costs ecc. You'll also get an order number, to use for each kind of communication. The customer has to check the order confirmation. For any errors please send an e-mail to [email protected].

Should a product not be available, you'll be notified per e-mail and may choose:

• to cancel your current order, prepaid money will be returned
• to change the unavailable product with a similar one (Plattner Bienenhof will suggest another one according to availability)
• to wait for backorder (waiting period will be communicated)

All prices are stated in Euros and include VAT. We do accept only payments in Euros.

Prices are subject to change without notice. However, the valid prices are those published at the moment of the order.

Cash on delivery is not possible. 

We deliver in all countries of the EUROPEAN UNION with standard delivery service (2-5 working days).

No deliveries outside the European Union.

Delivery charge for ITALY: €6.80

Delivery charge for EU: €9.80 Euro (except Italy)

In order to guarantee the good's integrity, we personally care for the products to be shipped in solid cartons. However, it may happen that the package arrives damaged or a product is broken. As soon as you get the goods, please check the packaging for damages and in case accept it under withholding (this option has to be communicated in advance to the currier). In case the product or part of it is damaged, please communicate us as soon as possible, by sending an e-mail to [email protected]. We're sure we will soon find a solution for it.

For any reason and without penalties, Plattner Bienenhof gives you the right to withdraw your order within 14 working days starting from the date of receipt of goods. Please send an e-mail to [email protected].

CONDITIONS:

• All goods have to be returned within 30 working days (on receipt of goods)
• Customer is liable for return postage costs
• We do accept only unused and integral goods
• The right of withdrawal cannot be applied on just a part of the product
• If all the necessary conditions exist, we will refund your money within 30 days from receipt of the goods.

In case of dispute between Plattner Bienenhof and one of its customers, we ensure from now our availability for the extrajudicial settlement of the dispute above, a service offered by the Camera Arbitrale della Camera di Commercio di Bolzano (Chamber of Commerce of Bolzano) that allows commercial disputes, in particular those originated from e-commerce, to be efficiently resolved. The Camera Arbitrale della Camera di Commercio di Bolzano guarantees its independence, neutrality and impartiality.
