Rosemary honey is made from the small flowers of the rosemary bush, which thrives in Mediterranean and dry regions. It tastes and smells of herbs, is not overpowering, and has a salty aftertaste. Whether on cheese, as a salad dressing, in tea, or on bread, let yourself be tempted by the unique taste and fragrance of rosemary honey. Freshly harvested honey is liquid but may crystallize over time. This process is entirely natural, and crystallized honey can be returned to a liquid state by gently warming it in a water bath (up to 40 °C).
