Shipping costs are €6.80 for Italy and €9.80 for all other EU countries (excluding Italy). Delivery times are approximately 2–3 working days within Italy and 4–8 working days for other EU countries.
You can pay by credit card, PayPal, or bank transfer. For bank transfers, the package will be shipped after we receive the payment.

Unfortunately, we cannot take back used honey jars. They are great for storing items or DIY projects.

No, the honey is not pasteurized. Honey is not suitable for children under 12 months.
Fresh honey is liquid but can crystallize naturally over time. You can gently warm it in a water bath at max 40°C to make it liquid again.
Honeycomb is the most natural way to enjoy honey. Simply take pieces with a spoon and spread on bread or eat plain. The beeswax can also be eaten.
After opening, you can store it in the fridge, but we recommend taking it out early before consuming.
Store honey jars in a cool, dark place, preferably in a cupboard or on a shelf, avoiding direct sunlight.
The museum is open daily from April 11 to October 31, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
The museum offers a lively insight into the rural living and working environment with original rooms such as the old smoke kitchen, the wooden parlor and the Gothic bedroom. In the barn and stable area is the bee museum with historic beehives, honey presses, beekeeping tools and much more - all originals from South Tyrol. Outside there is an educational trail about bees and beekeeping.
There is a shop at the museum where you can buy our Plattner products.
Yes, the museum is child-friendly. There is a quiz to complete along the outdoor educational trail.
Dogs are not allowed inside the museum.
The museum is not wheelchair accessible.

We tailor our guided tours individually, depending on the number of visitors. A tour lasts approximately 20 to 40 minutes.
During the guided tour, you will learn about the farm’s history, which goes back more than 600 years, and what life was like on the farm in earlier times. You will also discover everything about bees and the art of beekeeping.
We offer tours in German, Italian, and English.
We offer tours for school classes. We recommend an age of 6 years and above.
