Fruit blossom honey is made from the nectar of various fruit tree blossoms. It has a mild, aromatic flavor and a tempting fragrance of flowers and fruit. Plattner Bienenhof fruit blossom honey is an excellent table honey but also pairs wonderfully with tea or for baking. Freshly harvested honey is liquid but may crystallize over time. This process is entirely natural, and crystallized honey can be returned to a liquid state by gently warming it in a water bath (up to 40 °C).
