Blossom honey from South Tyrol 500g

This honey is harvested by beekeepers in South Tyrol and comes from the nectar of many different blossoms in the region. South Tyrolean blossom honey ranges in color from light brown to amber and delights with its fine, aromatic floral flavor. It’s perfect for baking, sweetening, or as a natural spread on buttered dark bread – an essential treat at breakfast. Freshly harvested honey is liquid but may crystallize over time. This process is entirely natural, and crystallized honey can be returned to a liquid state by gently warming it in a water bath (up to 40 °C).
