Blossom honey is aromatic in taste, light brown in color, and sometimes reminiscent of amber. Our blossom honey is excellent for baking and sweetening. Enjoyed as a spread on black bread with butter, Plattner Bienenhof blossom honey is simply a must for breakfast. Freshly harvested honey is liquid but may crystallize over time. This process is entirely natural, and crystallized honey can be returned to a liquid state by gently warming it in a water bath (up to 40 °C).
