This honey comes from certified organic beekeepers and is harvested from a variety of blossoms. The organic blossom honey has a delicate, floral flavor and is ideal for enhancing teas, topping yogurt, or adding a sweet note to desserts. We recommend storing it in a cool, dry place at room temperature to preserve its fresh consistency and aroma. Freshly harvested honey is liquid but may crystallize over time. This process is entirely natural, and crystallized honey can be returned to a liquid state by gently warming it in a water bath (up to 40 °C).
