Raspberry honey is harvested from the flowers of the raspberry bush, and its taste brings the raspberry fruit to the palate. It has an alluring floral scent and is very rare to find in a pure form. Our raspberry honey is a "berry" honey that pairs perfectly not only on buttered bread but also in other dishes. Freshly harvested honey is liquid but may crystallize over time. This process is entirely natural, and crystallized honey can be returned to a liquid state by gently warming it in a water bath (up to 40 °C).
