BIO organic forest honey 500g

This organic forest honey comes from certified organic beekeepers and is harvested from the honeydew of various plant lice as well as the nectar of forest and meadow flowers. It has a strong, caramel-like flavor and a dark brown to mocha color. Organic forest honey is perfect for sweetening teas, as a spread, or for refining savory dishes such as game or Asian sweet-and-sour meals. Freshly harvested honey is liquid but may crystallize over time. This process is entirely natural, and crystallized honey can be returned to a liquid state by gently warming it in a water bath (up to 40 °C).
